The Humanitarian Relief Society is seeking to achieve the following goals:
1. Rehabilitation of poor families and marginalized groups through micro developmental projects.
2. Relief issues all members of Palestinian society in difficult circumstances.
3. Establish the principle of community participation in the Palestinian society through relief and volunteer work.
4. Achieve a high level of social solidarity and social responsibility in Palestinian society, specifically in the care of orphans, widows, aged, refugees, students, and those with special needs.
5. Contribute to the social policy through the identification of priorities and strategic planning of the development process in the Palestinian society to conduct research and scientific studies.
